IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • An interview and/or school visit is required prior to acceptance for admission.
  • Enrollment fees are non–refundable after August 1st
  • Tuition Payment Plan: Payments may be made in 10 month increments from August 1st through May 1st. For students who enroll after August 1st, the 10-month planwill be adjusted for the time enrolled beginning with the first full month of enrollment and ending May 1st.
  • The preferred tuition payment plan is an automatic recurring payment through a credit or debit card or banking institution. Personal checks and cash are also accepted.
  • Tuition is delinquent after the 10th of the month and will be assessed a $25 late fee.
  • Households with tuition delinquent more than 30 days will prompt further action including but not limited to: student suspension, additional late fees and/or expulsion.
  • Upon early withdrawal or dismissal for any reason, a fee equal to 25% of the year's remaining tuition must be paid.
  • Parental participation is essential for the success and advancement of Abington Christian Academy. A fully refundable Parental Participation deposit of $100 is required within 30 days of enrollment. It will be refunded upon meeting the 10 volunteer hours required per family per school year. Hours must be completed before May 1st, 2020 to receive the refund.
  • ACA maintains the right to withhold academic records until all financial obligations are met.
  • Scholarships may be available upon application. Please see the Tuition Assistance page. 
  • Discounts do not apply for fees (registration, curricula, or supplies). Only one tuition discount can be applied per child.
